We will be sparring for 24 hours in aid of St Nicholas Hospice a great local charity that does a huge amount of work making an enormous difference to people in some very tough times. From 7pm on Friday 17 Nov to 7pm Sat 18 Nov members of the club will be sparring and training non-stop. As well as club members friends and family and other clubs are very welcome to come and have fun, learn and raise money in a friendly atmosphere at Unit 1 Gym Kempson Way Bury St Edmunds
