24 Hour Jiu Jitsu Training and Sparring

Ian Couch is raising money for St Nicholas Hospice Care.

Ian's Story

I'm raising money for St Nicholas Hospice Care, it's a great local cause making a huge difference to a lot of people and I really appreciate your support.

I am part of a team who will be sparring for 24 hours but as part of that we are inviting anyone who wants to try Brazilian Ju Jitsu regardless of experience, age or ability to come and have a go in a friendly atmosphere at a great gym.

St Nicholas Hospice Care is a local charity providing help, advice and support to people in West Suffolk and Thetford in the final chapters of their life, who are living with long-term and life-threatening illnesses. Our services are not just for patients, but for their family and friends too. They include everything from specialist medical care to bereavement support and practical help. We also: •Offer emotional support to patients, children, families and carers •Help people to make the most of every day •Advise on pain relief and other symptoms •Liaise with other services which may be able to help •Offer a variety of education to local professionals and carers
