I'm raising money for St Nicholas Hospice Care, it's a great cause and I really appreciate your support. As most of you know I lost my dad this year to brain cancer and during his last few months he was cared for by a local hospice in Ireland, St Nicholas hospice care offers the same kind of care here in East Anglia and helps 100's of families throughout the region. Our team in Bury st edmunds is holding a 24hour Sparring and Training Charity event. The event will start at 7pm on Friday 17th Nov and will end at 7pm on Saturday 18th Nov at the Unit 1 Gym.
